I had placed a delivery order for a snack pack & balloons for my son's 6th birthday because I'm out of the country. It was through a different company, and it was placed two days prior to the requested delivery date. Unfortunately, that order was never delivered, and he was SO looking forward to getting his "package". It was extremely disappointing for both of us. I called Flowerama, and they were able to deliver something very similar same-day. He loved it and felt so special. Thank you for being available & making his day! You're life savers!

I had a project for work and had to be out of town for my wedding anniversary. Ordered flowers from the Bentonville store for home delivery. Honestly, they did a great job. Would give more than 5 stars if I could. Delivered on time exactly as ordered and advertised. The flowers looked awesome like a professional actually cared about what they do. The roses were velvety and the arrangement was very nice. The delivery guy was on time and professional as well. My wife loved the flowers. Would definitely recommend for anyone. I ordered on the website on a Monday night for Friday delivery. No issues at all.
